this week I wanted to talk about what I like to call " The Jump". Now what mean when I say that is the decisions we fear because of the unknown outcome it have. Like quitting a job to pursue your own business, applying for or going to school out of country, new relationships or even leaving some relationships. We often fear taking that leap because we only think of the bad outcomes. Now listen closely God is there on the other side ready to catch you, ready to bless your life. When making these jumps it is important to have God in each step of the way, pray to him about your issues, decisions and ask for His guidance through it all. There are so many stories in the Bible of God asking for His people to take that leap of faith even when we doubt He will always be there. Matthew 14:27-33 " 27But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”28And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” 29He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. 30But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.” 31Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” 32And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. 33And those in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.” When life needs you to make those jumps that scare you remember, God is always there so call to Him and He will catch you.
