 Weekly Devotional

In the Classroom

"Questions"

This week I wanted to talk about something simple I am pretty sure we do everyday, we ask questions. When i had questions about God i felt in a way it was wrong to have them, like almost how dare you question Him. It felt like you had to just follow, and I realized that was wrong. I honestly think that God does not condemn us for asking questions, I feel He might even see that as an opportunity to guide us down the right path. You should want to follow Him willingly on your own without others perspectives. When I say others perspectives I do not mean don't listen top what others have to say, teach or have learned but to take it to account and you your self continue your own journey. I had many questions when I entered high School, but those questions that I thought were wrong to have actually led me to get closer to God. Those questions were answered in the Bible. I was so surprised how easily there were answered especially that the questions I had were also asked by many in the Bible themselves. If you have questions turn to the Bible it will not steer you wrong it was written by Gods people, people whos experiences can help solve our own problems and questions.

Luke 2:46 (ESV)

After three days they found him in the temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions.
