Loneliness

"Anxiety"

Philippians 4:6 (ESV)

"do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."

This week I wanted to talk about Anxiety. What is anxiety? It is defined as - a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. As humans we have many emotions, feelings and urges, but that makes us human. It is the way we deal with those feelings that have an impact and an outcome in our lives. There is no doubt in my mind that we all have experienced a sense anxiousness at one time or another. Whether it was because of family, friends, work, money and struggles we go through we have all experienced it. Now I know that people all handle these feelings differently, and I am about to tell you the best way to help with all your worries. In 1Peter 5:7 (ESV) "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." There is the answer, lay it all on God. He is there for you always, ready to help, there to help, eager to help. All we need is to ask simple as that, because once you give your problems to God your saying " Lord I leave it in your hands because with you guidance I will get through this because my problems do not compare how Big and Powerful you are Father, the shrink at the sight of you God." Now do not go around and say " Well it is now in his hands" then dust your hands off, God will give you the wisdom in His words to overcome it, He has now the opening you have given because of the ability to take it in His hands and guide you through the rough season you might be going through. Philippians 4:7 (ESV)

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
